1. Koşulların Kabulü
Kahkaha ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Lisans ve Kullanım Hakkı
Kahkaha, kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amaçlı kullanımınız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans sağlar. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislikle çözemez, parçalayamaz veya uygulamanın türevlerini oluşturamazsınız.
3. Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)
Apple App Store üzerinden indirilen iOS sürümleri için bu koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (Standard EULA) tamamlar ve onunla birlikte geçerlidir. Ayrıntılar için lütfen Apple Standart EULA sayfasını inceleyiniz.
4. Satın Alımlar ve Ödemeler
Kahkaha Pro ve destekçi paketleri ömür boyu geçerli, tek seferlik uygulama içi satın alımlardır. Abonelik modeli uygulanmamaktadır. Tüm ödeme işlemleri, faturalandırma ve iade süreçleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple App Store veya Google Play Store) kural ve politikalarına tabidir.
5. Sorumluluk Reddi ve Sınırlamalar
Kahkaha "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya tamamen hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Kahkaha ("the App") mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License & Permitted Use
Kahkaha grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.
3. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
For iOS versions downloaded via the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate and are governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Please refer to the Apple Standard EULA for full licensing terms.
4. In-App Purchases & Payments
Kahkaha Pro and supporter tiers are one-time, lifetime purchases with no recurring subscription fees. All payments, billing inquiries, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) according to their respective policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
